With two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a light-filled open-plan living and dining area, there is plenty of room to relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook and cater at home, and the generous deck is perfect for morning coffee or sunset wines.
A comfy sofa bed in the lounge adds extra flexibility, making this apartment ideal for up to 6 guests.
For guests needing extra space, an additional connected room on the middle floor may also be available on request, subject to availability.

Tucked away on the upper level of the property, the Rear Apartment offers a peaceful retreat with a private deck overlooking the lush garden.
With two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with their own ensuite, this space is perfect for couples, small groups and families seeking privacy and comfort.
You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room to make yourself at home.
While there are no seaviews, the tranquil garden setting more than makes up for it, and you are only steps away from the beach. This apartment sleeps up to 4 guests.

Full Floor Seaside Escape
Perched on the top floor of the apartment block with sweeping sea views, the Full-Floor Seaside Escape is a bright and breezy space designed for relaxed coastal living. This exclusive setup combines four ensuite Studios, with a fully equipped and spacious kitchen, dining and living area, all opening onto the balcony.
2 Studios are equipped with a Queen bed, a Sofa Bed and separate Single bed, 2 Studios are equipped with a Queen bed and a Sofa Bed and sleeps up to 14 guests.
It’s ideal for families, friends or groups wanting their own space and a place to come together.

Beachfront Base Apartment
Enjoy relaxed beachside living in this fully self-contained one-bedroom apartment at Seabeds, complete with sea views and a private deck overlooking the reserve.
Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped modern kitchen, open-plan living and dining area, one comfortable bedroom, and a pull-out sofa bed for additional guests.
Sleeping up to 4 guests, this apartment is a great choice for couples, small families, or friends wanting a private and easy Paihia stay with everything close by — from the beach and reserve to cafés, restaurants, shops, and Bay of Islands activities.

The Studio offers a peaceful retreat with everything you need for your stay.

This apartment is located on the ground floor, offers the perfect blend of comfort and functionality - ideal for solo travellers, couples or young families who like the option to cook their own meals. This one-bedroom apartment features a Kingsize bed, an ensuite bathroom and a modern kitchenette with everything you need.
The open-plan living/dining area includes a double sofa bed, offering extra sleeping space, if needed and sleeps up to 4 guests.
Step outside to your cosy terrace, to enjoy the sun and the seaview.
